NBC 2024-2025 Enrichment Programs

Grades PK-8th Grade ONLY (Except for transportation services; high school students can also utilize) 

NBC Programs Registration and Fees

Registration Fee:

• A registration fee of $25 per participant is required.
• If a participant enrolls in all desired programs simultaneously, only one registration fee is needed.
• If 2 days have passed since enrolling in a program, an additional registration fee is required to join more NBC programs. 

Program Fees:  

• NBC Before School Program: $25/week per participant (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-8:30am)
• NBC After School Program: $35/week per participant (Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-5:00pm)
• NBC Transportation: One-way: $100/week per participant. One-way can be Home --> NBC Center --> School OR Home --> School or vice versa.  Round-trip: $175/week per participant Round-Trip can be Home --> NBC Center --> School --> NBC Center --> Home or vice versa. The fee remains the same regardless of attendance (1 to 5 days a week). 

Payment Policy:

Purchase tickets for each required service, including the initial registration fee, before your child starts the program. Once registration is processed, you may proceed with offline payments. Payments are due weekly; invoices must be paid by Sunday at 11:59pm. Monthly payment options are available upon request. If enrolling after the 1st of the month, the next monthly payment is due the following month. Auto-pay is available via the registration form. Payment extensions can be requested once every 3 months or 4 times a year, with a $10/day late fee applied after approval. All balances must be settled before the start of a new week or month. 

Additional Fees and Policies:

• All-Day Program on School Closure Days: $20 drop-in fee (7:30am-2:30pm), paid the week of closure via CashApp or Venmo.
• Discontinuation of Services: A $20 fee applies to discontinue services. Notify the NBC Program Director 14 days in advance to avoid disruption charges. All payments are non-refundable.

• Daily Activities
• Entrepreneurship
• Sports
• Special Guests/Family Workshops
• Two Field Trips
• Breakfast and PM Snack
• Take Home Dinner

Program Rules: 

Students:

• Follow directions and program rules.
• Bring water bottles, wear closed-toed shoes, wash hands before eating and after bathroom use.
• Respect mentors, NBC space, and personal space.
• No fighting or stealing.
• Clean up after yourself, be kind, and have fun.
• Submit report cards and progress reports each quarter.
• Three strikes will result in being sent home for the day; multiple dismissals lead to program removal. 

Parents:

• Complete registration and waivers.
• Return permission slips for trips one week prior.
• Attend at least 2 of 4 community pop-up shops AND 4 Family Workshops
• Ensure students are picked up on time; three late pick-ups without proper communication result in dismissal.
• Students not potty trained will be dismissed for the day if they have an accident.
• All participants must submit an NBC Program Participation Waiver.

NBC Program Closure Dates:

• November 5
• November 26-29
• December 23-January 1, 2025
• January 20
• February 17
• April 14-21
• May 26 

For detailed payment instructions and further information, you will receive an invoice upon completing your registration, outlining:

• Amount billed weekly/monthly
• Program start and end dates
• Pick-up/drop-off times, if applicable

All payments must be made using the methods listed on your invoice.
