Through our mentorship pathway program our goal is to prepare youth ages 13-25 years old for entry into the workforce, college, and/or other post-graduation institutions, and offer them eligibility for various certifications, monetary compensation, community service hours, internships, entrepreneurship opportunities or college credits during or after completion of the program.
