WAYS TO PARTNER
How organizations work with NBC
Every partnership looks a little different. Here are the most common ways partners plug in.
Host a program
Bring Career-Connected Clubs, mentorship, or the Tutoring Lab to your school or community site.
Fund youth programming
Sponsor a program, an event like Champ Tank, or general operations for Baltimore youth.
Open career doors
Offer job shadowing, internships, guest speakers, or site visits that connect learning to real careers.
Refer youth and families
Connect young people who could benefit from NBC programs through our partner referral log.
